I am pleased to share that my colleague Lauren Finkelstein, LMFT, and I are beginning a new online perimenopause group starting in late Winter, 2026. We are presently building our group, and space for joining remains available. This process oriented group offers supportive and collaborative space for individuals navigating perimenopause. Topics will include exploring the impacts of being marketed to in the midst of possible confusion or uncertainty, processing the individual shifts as they impact social relationships and roles, and more.
